Job Description

• Act in highly complex processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and suggest changes.
• Lead projects within your expertise, rethinking existing methods and standards.
• Analyze data/information and prepare studies to support decision-making.
• Support leadership in team orientation.
• Receive guidance from leadership for new responsibilities or those outside standard procedures, especially for complex or unusual problems.
• Ensure compliance with BRF Sustainability Policy and activities promoting ESG commitments, aligning actions with sustainable development in the supply chain.
