Job Description
Our client is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role requires someone who is passionate about growth, winning, and putting in the effort to become the best version of themselves in both business and life.

Key Responsibilities

Build a pipeline using high-intent leads and smart outbound strategies

Uncover seller motivations and structure win-win deals

Pitch cash offers, novations, and creative finance options

Close deals with confidence and urgency

Collaborate closely with the team to get deals sold

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of high-level sales experience (preferably phone-based sales)

Grit, urgency, emotional intelligence, and a strong drive to succeed

Exceptional work ethic – willing to work late nights and weekends when needed

Proven ability to close 5+ deals per month, earning $3,000–$5,000 per month in compensation

Comfortable working in a performance-based culture where compensation is tied to results
