What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Host and deliver administrative training for senior marketing directors and their agents
- Manage case inventory with a focus on customer service and improving metrics
- Communicate with senior marketing directors to facilitate case progress
- Serve as a liaison for service, sales, marketing, and operations department issues
- Participate in weekly calls to review results and define areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Two years of experience in life insurance carrier new business processing and/or account management
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Life insurance license (or obtain within six months of hire)
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- College degree
- Progress toward FLMI designation
- Extensive knowledge of company products and industry forms
- Experience in new business functions
