All about the role:
Our ambition here at the Electrolux Group is to lead the enhancement of the Consumer Journey. In order to keep a more direct and significant relationship with them, we created the Consumer Direct Interaction sector, with an organized structure that is completely consumer-centered, reuniting under one perspective thelo main functions that are part of this journey. Within the area, our Consumer Care teams work dynamically to offer the best aftersales services to our consumers, delivering outstanding experiences in order to make them loyal ambassadors to our brands.
What you'll do:
AsSales Operations, Data and Trade Senior Manager, you will lead the sales operations, data analytics, and trade management for Accessories, Consumables, Spare Parts, and Services within the Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) organization in Latin America. Your mission will be to optimize sales processes, leverage data for strategic decision-making, and align trade activities with business goals.
In detail, you will:
Develop and implement efficient sales processes across Latin American clusters;
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities;
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities;
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights;
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs);
Oversee trade activities including promotions, pricing, and discount strategies;
Develop trade strategies to maximize revenue and market share;
Ensure trade compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements;
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align forecasts with operational capabilities;
Coordinate cross-functional meetings between sales, operations, and supply chain teams;
Lead and mentor a team of sales operations and data analysts;
Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on field and consumer feedback.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved inLean Thinkingprojects and activities (Electrolux Always Improve).
Who you are:
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus);
Experience in sales operations, data analysis, and trade management;
Proven track record in driving sales growth and optimizing sales processes;
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau;
Excellent leadership and team management skills;
Knowledge of trade regulations and compliance standards;
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Where you'll be:
You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux Group location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
