Role Overview

Amazon is looking for an experienced and driven Marketplace Team Lead to oversee seller recruitment and management for Amazon's Brazil Marketplace. The Team Lead will develop strong relationships with medium and large sellers and manufacturers, aiming to prospect, qualify, and close high-potential sellers that enhance our selection, pricing, and availability.

The role involves driving projects, establishing processes within the team, and advocating for developing fulfillment strategies. The Team Lead will collaborate with various stakeholders across Amazon globally.

Responsibilities Include

  • Setting fulfillment strategy.
  • Prioritizing and managing a pipeline of sellers to meet/exceed targets.
  • Educating new merchants about Amazon’s delivery and customer service standards.
  • Identifying and acquiring sellers who can enhance the category’s selection and brands.
  • Driving innovation to improve customer experience and strengthen seller relationships.
  • Providing insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Technology, Operations, and Merchant Services to optimize processes and resource utilization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B industry service delivery experience.
