Amazon is looking for an experienced and driven Marketplace Team Lead to manage seller recruitment and relationships for Amazon's Brazil Marketplace. The Team Lead will develop strong relationships with medium and large sellers and manufacturers, aiming to prospect, qualify, and onboard high-potential sellers that enhance our selection, pricing, and availability.

The Team Lead will also drive projects, establish processes within their team, and be a key advocate for developing the fulfillment strategy. They will collaborate with various stakeholders across Amazon locally and internationally.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Setting fulfillment strategy.
  2. Prioritizing and managing a pipeline of sellers to meet or exceed targets.
  3. Educating new merchants about Amazon’s standards for Delivery and Customer Experience.
  4. Identifying and acquiring sellers/manufacturers that enhance category selection and brands.
  5. Driving innovation to improve customer experience, scale categories, and strengthen seller relationships.
  6. Providing insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success on Amazon.
  7. Working cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and Merchant Services teams to establish and optimize processes.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Experience in consumer product sales, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • B2B industry service delivery experience.
