WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients (new strategies, GTM)
- Active research of our preferred industries and identify trends, openings, and new markets
- Attend client consulting sessions to understand their needs and tailor solutions
- Create & maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with your network in your designated territories
- Collaborate with legal, delivery, and engineering teams in translating, attending, and drafting proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients
- Attend events, conferences, networking events
- Represent our company professionally during in-person and online interactions
- Own the potential client lifecycle from the SDR team to full delivery with Delivery/Engineering teams
- Identify and communicate market trends, improvements, and situations weekly
- Plan expansion and new revenue streams operations
- Travel to your designated territories to meet stakeholders, connections, and network in person (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
MUST HAVES
- 2+ years in consulting, product, project management, sales, client-facing experience (including HR, Recruiting, or other external/internal client-facing roles)
- Charismatic, personable, with strong negotiation skills
- Extremely self-motivated, comfortable in a high-paced environment with high energy
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to manage a monthly/yearly revenue quota (self-generated leads/prospecting and existing account growth)
- VISA/ESTA/ability to travel to the US
NICE TO HAVES
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced university student
- Some experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry
- Understanding of the landscape to engage customers and close sales in the US
- Experience selling professional services in IT, with technical knowledge
- Experience developing SelfGen processes, strategies, and training
