Position Summary

Position Summary

Milacron is looking for an Industrial Machinery Sales Manager to join our team in Campinas, SP, Brazil. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales activities of the organization, including managing client relationships and selling injection molding machinery and aftermarket services to customers.

Work You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers, and manage existing customer relationships to meet sales targets and margins for injection molding machinery
  • Organize sales activities, business development activities, and sales operations/administration
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions
  • Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, and presentations
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Develop strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments, produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets/quotas
  • Supervise sales professionals and set performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and recommend pay actions
  • Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance indicators

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical degree with an engineering focus
  • 5+ years of experience selling industrial equipment
  • 2+ years of experience leading industrial sales teams
  • Familiarity with plastic processing equipment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more, both nationally and internationally
