Sales Manager Executive Remote

Job Description

Position: Sales Executive (fully remote)

Hours of Work: 9:00 - 18:00 CET (Europe) (Monday - Friday)

Salary: R$8500 per month OTE, uncapped bonus (can also be paid in euros)

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will join the sales team and will be responsible for closing new business and managing/up-selling to existing client accounts. The role requires a highly motivated candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Make outgoing customer calls and process new sales
• Actively sell/up-sell products through a consultative approach
• Maintain a sales pipeline and build customer relationships
• Display a positive and professional attitude
• Contribute to team performance

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• High energy and confidence
• Critical thinking abilities
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• At least 2 years of sales experience

Candidates should be prepared to deliver a sales pitch for online advertising space and provide a cover letter explaining their interest in the role and their fit, along with a reference from a previous employer during the interview.
