Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • Fluent in English; at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the new energy, EV charging, solar power, electricity, or smart equipment industries.
  • Familiar with customer development and business expansion in charging scenarios such as government, real estate, shopping malls, property management, public parking lots, highways, and logistics parks.
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale projects and independently securing million-dollar orders.

Skills:

  • Strong business negotiation and market analysis skills; expertise in sales strategy development.
  • Possesses high-quality key account resources and can drive rapid business growth.
  • Familiar with EV charging industry regulations, technical standards, and competitive landscape.
  • Solid project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple resources to implement projects successfully.

Personal Qualities:

  • Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and capable of handling challenging sales targets.
  • Strong execution skills, proactive, and able to drive projects to completion and achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish and maintain client relationships.

  • :Established connections with government agencies or state-owned enterprises, particularly in new energy regulatory bodies, transportation departments, and electric utilities
