Join us as a Sales Manager at Growth Troops, focusing on enterprise sales and strategic deals.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in closing complex enterprise deals. You will lead by example, managing high-value opportunities, shaping our revenue strategy, and collaborating with GTM leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline generation and close enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR)
  • Align with Marketing and Product on messaging and GTM execution
  • Manage and coach AEs through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Analyze sales metrics and deal performance using Salesforce and Gong.io
  • Partner with Revenue Leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Help build a scalable sales infrastructure
Qualifications
  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years managing deals and teams
  • Experience in complex, multi-touch enterprise sales cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io)
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on opportunity and team enablement
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling into marketing, analytics, or data teams
  • Experience launching enterprise sales playbooks in startups
