In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Drive growth and partnerships in the animal nutrition industry by managing B2B clients to expand magnesium product sales and conducting market analysis. This role requires a 60% travel commitment, primarily based in Brazil, with a focus on the US market. Preferred residence in Fortaleza - CE or São Paulo - SP.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Sales Representative team in the USA, focusing on people development.
  • Developing and managing a B2B client portfolio, nurturing relationships with feed mills, and serving as the primary contact for our magnesium solutions in animal nutrition.
  • Sourcing new contacts, prospects, and strategic partners to ensure a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Driving growth initiatives within your territory to maximize market penetration and sales.
  • Conducting market research on competitors, regulations, and other factors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiating sales contracts to optimize margins, volume, and market share.
  • Collaborating with operations in Jucás - Ceará for order processing, logistics, and payments.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably in animal nutrition or agriculture.
  • Strong sales principles and techniques, with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships.
  • Strategic thinking to analyze market trends and develop targeted strategies.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and business acumen.
  • Ability to travel to the US monthly.
