Overview
The Regional Business Manager will support and lead sales, marketing, regional business support activities for ETAS Inc in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ETAS management, and ETAS Americas’ Leadership.
- Identify, establish, and grow current customer base as directed.
- Expand product and consulting sales in new industry sectors.
- Lead sales promotional activities for Latin America.
- Support sales tracking, reporting, quotations, invoicing, and administrative processes.
- Support local and regional marketing events.
- Lead the local team in all personnel related matters.
- Maintain a lean support organization that enables ETAS business in Latin America and supports the regional business where required.

This role is based in Sao Paulo office.

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Knowledge or background in the development of embedded controls software and hardware ;
- Previous experience in people management;
Additional Qualifications:
- Abilitie to work with product management, account managers, and other stakeholders in defining, implementing, and executing go-to-market strategies for new solutions in Latin America;
- Leverage core stakeholders (field application engineers, product management, system architects, engineering, marketing, partners) to succeed in acquisition projects and coordinate them as necessary;
- Deliver customer success through accelerated adoption and usage resulting in customer references that can be leveraged in future sales engagements;
- Identify customer’s business and technology challenges and bring them to agreement on ETAS’ offering and value proposition - including briefing on relevant industry use cases, demos, proof of concepts;
- Within the context of global pricing and business targets define suitable pricing approaches to secure business and growth with both new and existing customers;
