Descrição da oferta de emprego

As a Sales Manager at REEVO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our B2B aggregation and game development services within the iGaming industry. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying and cultivating leads, representing REEVO at industry events, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your focus will be on achieving and exceeding annual sales targets, expanding our sales pipeline, and optimizing the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients in the iGaming industry.
  2. Represent REEVO at industry exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
  3. Maintain internal tools and ensure accuracy of sales data.
  4. Achieve or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets by acquiring new customers.
  5. Expand and update the existing sales pipeline to maximize business opportunities.
  6. Effectively communicate REEVO’s value proposition through sales materials and presentations.
  7. Identify new opportunities for REEVO in terms of operators, markets, and new business globally.
  8. Collaborate with the Head of Sales and sales managers to achieve team sales targets.
  9. Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
  10. Oversee agreements and due diligence processes for new and expanding customers.
  11. Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Compliance, Integration, and Account Management teams.
  12. Manage contract reviews for new operators in collaboration with the Legal team.
  13. Facilitate the handover of new customers to the Account Management team.
  14. Oversee integration and go-live processes with the support of the integration team.
  15. Support Account Management/Partner teams in upselling REEVO aggregation partners.
  16. Assist the Account Management team in educating about jurisdiction expansion.
  17. Promote and enhance REEVO brand awareness within the industry.
  18. Optimize the sales process as needed to improve efficiency.
  19. Maximize revenues and contribute to overall company growth.
  20. Execute monthly and quarterly KPI reports and presentations.

Professional Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the iGaming industry in a similar role.
  2. Proven track record of selling aggregation and/or game content related solutions or services.
  3. Good understanding of the iGaming industry and regulated markets.
  4. Extensive network within the iGaming industry.
  5. Ability to sell to mid-sized and large international organizations.
  6. Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  7. Experience working in small teams with creativity, flexibility, and innovation.
  8. Proficiency in social selling techniques for new business.
  9. Proficient in English; knowledge of any other EU-based language is a plus.
