Your Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for Lab Water Solutions portfolio in Brazil.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.
  • Experience in laboratory products, preferably within the Lab Water Solutions business.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Results-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
