Sales Executive will manage the client portfolio and strengthen relationships through a strategic, results-oriented approach, driving growth and loyalty by exploring business expansion opportunities, monitoring account health, and enhancing customer experience.

What we expect from you:

Strategic Management

  • Monitor the health of assigned accounts using performance indicators (Account Health).
  • Maintain continuous strategic relationships with decision-makers/influencers within clients.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings presenting account management metrics.
  • Ensure timely payments as per the agreed payment plan.
  • Coordinate training and capacity-building sessions with clients.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency related to pallets.

Negotiation and Business Development

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and synergies in collaborative projects with clients and partners (inbounds, collaborative transportation, exports, network expansion, logistics productivity).
  • Present solutions aligned with client challenges, focusing on sustainability, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Manage contractual obligations to ensure account profitability and target achievement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work synergistically with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Support asset management teams in planning and executing inventories, and ensure reimbursement for losses if they occur.

Results and Impact

  • Be a reference in disciplined execution and an ambassador of CHEP in the market, strengthening the company's perception as a strategic partner to clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lane Expansion (new routes or clients).
  • Customer Satisfaction (NPS).

It would be a plus if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on strategic accounts.
  • Solid experience in consultative sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer management tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, data analysis, and communication skills.
