About The Role

You will be responsible for working on opportunities generated by Billor’s top-of-the-funnel team, with the main goal of closing sales, using the best practices available in the market and adapting them to Billor’s business model.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales closing with leads, presenting convincing and personalized proposals
  • Work collaboratively with the pre-sales team to deeply understand the needs of potential drivers
  • Negotiate the best plan to meet drivers needs
  • Overcome sales objections, using the best techniques and market practices
  • Maintain an after-sales relationship to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and foster future business opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed logical sales goals
  • Keep accurate records of all sales interactions on Hubspot
  • Follow up with opportunities
  • Negotiate with customers and make sales
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast with a vision of sales at scale, managing a funnel with several active customers

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Spanish (will be an extra)
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
  • Is passionate about driving innovation and has a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization
  • Has verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
