Agile HRO is hiring a driven and dynamic Account Executive to accelerate our global growth.

We’re looking for a full-cycle salesperson who has worked in a growth-stage or early-stage startup, thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently hits quota, and is ready to grow into a sales leadership role over time.

What You'll be doing

New Business Development

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, connect, demo, propose, close
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads (calls booked, proposals sent fast)
  • Prospect via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and occasional cold calling
  • Build a strong pipeline in core markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, USA, Brazil)
  • Prepare proposals and close deals with Founders, CFOs, and HR leaders

Account Manager

  • Maintain relationships with closed clients to upsell and expand
  • Represent Agile at virtual and in-person events (SEA, LATAM, USA)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations

Your a strong fit if you have

  • 2–3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, manpower or recruitment services
  • Have worked at a growth-stage or early-stage startup and thrived in it
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience with both outbound and inbound sales cycles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Are a natural closer who thinks on their feet and persuades with clarity
  • Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally with global teams
  • Ideally come with a personal network or warm connections in B2B HR or SaaS

Bonus Points if you...

  • Have experience in HR tech, EOR, payroll, or global hiring
  • Are great with CRMs (HubSpot, Close, etc.)
  • Have experience selling to US clients hiring globally
  • Speak Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, or another regional language (not required)
  • Remote-first, international team
  • Base salary + commission
  • Direct mentorship from the founder/CEO
  • Fast-growing company with international exposure
  • Clear KPIs, autonomy, and growth opportunities
