The Work: The Center of Excellence (COE) ensures that sales and pricing methods and offerings of Sales Excellence are effective. The COE supports salespeople through its business partners and Analytics and Sales Operations teams.

The Role: The Data Engineer manages data sources and environments, utilizing large data sets and maintaining their integrity to create models and applications that deliver insights to the organization. You will:

1. Build and manage data models that integrate data from various sources.
2. Help consolidate and cleanse data for use by modeling and development teams.
3. Structure data for analytics applications.
4. Lead a team of Data Engineers effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud technology.
• At least 2 years of advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with SQL objects like stored procedures, functions, views, etc.
• Experience building data flow components and processing systems for ETL processes.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel topics such as cube functions, VBA automation, Power Pivot, etc.

Additional Skills (Optional):

• Understanding of sales processes and systems.
• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with quality assurance processes.
• Project management experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for remote work, following local guidelines.
