We are building a dedicated, specialized global sales team to serve the Pulp & Paper Industry exclusively. If you have a Chemical Engineering background and a proven track record in selling chemical auxiliaries, additives, or raw materials to OEMs in the pulp and paper sector, we want to hear from you!

Open Regions: Positions are all HOME based.

About the Company: Our client is a leading private Chinese multinational chemical company, with a strong presence in chemical manufacturing and a growing global footprint. Backed by decades of innovation and expertise, the company offers a comprehensive portfolio of chemical auxiliaries, additives, and specialty products, delivering high-impact solutions across multiple industries. Now, we are laser-focused on expanding a global sales division solely dedicated to the pulp & paper market.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Mandatory experience in selling chemicals (auxiliaries, additives, or raw materials) to the pulp & paper industry
2. Strong technical foundation – degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
3. Proven commercial or business development expertise in the chemical industry
4. A self-starter mentality with the ability to work remotely and travel regionally
5. Fluent English communication; other regional languages a plus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute regional sales strategies focused on the pulp & paper segment
2. Build and manage key client relationships with pulp & paper OEMs and industry players
3. Identify growth opportunities and close sales deals with full technical-commercial ownership
4. Coordinate closely with internal technical, R&D, and operations teams to support customers
5. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and technical forums
6. Work autonomously from a home office setup, with regular field travel

Regions & Presence: North America & Canada (Company already established with Plant, Ops, BD & Sales Office); Europe, Russia, EMEA, Southeast Asia, India – New positions open as part of our global rollout.
