Team Overview

This is a critical role within the commercial planning team, responsible for accelerating sales performance through strategic enablement initiatives. As a key partner to the Sales organization, this data-driven and execution-focused position blends analytical acumen with strong communication, besides a good relationship with multiple áreas.

Role Responsibilities

You will analyze the sales funnel to identify performance gaps, inform enablement strategies, and measure impact, while leading the design and delivery of training programs that support onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development. You’ll create and manage a library of sales enablement content — such as playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides—and deliver engaging live and virtual sessions to drive knowledge retention and performance. Collaborating closely with sales leadership. Also,you’ll align learning initiatives with business priorities and support strategic planning, fostering a high-performance sales culture by reinforcing effective behaviors, encouraging peer learning, and promoting best practices. Additionally, you’ll ensure consistency across sales and corelated areas, and drive adoption of enablement platforms, CRM tools, and analytics to support frontline execution and efficiency.

Role Qualifications

· Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Commercial Planning, with exposure to both training and performance analytics.

· Strong instructional design and facilitation skills; experience delivering impactful training to sales professionals.

· Passion for empowering sales teams and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Proficiency in sales CRM and learning tools is an additional

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint) to deliver insights and drive stakeholder engagement.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.

· Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of the sales cycle and customer engagement dynamics.
