Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Annual Market Review: Ensure data quality, compare current year data with previous years and market size with competitors' volumes, and orchestrate the presentation of results for stakeholders.
  2. QCI/QBR (Quarterly Competitive Intelligence/Quarterly Business Review): Provide quarterly inputs on competitors' strategic movements within the territory to collaborate with zone inputs.
  3. Competitive Radar: Enhance monitoring quality, establish an early warning system to detect and report significant competitive activities, engage with the sales community, and improve metrics for competitor analysis.
  4. Market Study: Lead task forces and collaborate on market studies throughout the year to create and update competitor profiles.
  5. Importation Info: Define relevant product lines for each business, collaborate with marketing leaders to generate insights, and improve the quality of strategic initiatives.
  6. Macroeconomics: Generate quarterly reports to support business leaders in understanding and promoting regional macroeconomic scenarios.
  7. Megatrends: Identify data sources that support global trends affecting the energy landscape and highlight market opportunities.
  8. Segments Trends: Collaborate with segment leaders to identify market opportunities and data sources not yet detected by business leaders.
  9. Project Information: Utilize AI and market intelligence tools to support strategy leaders.
  10. Annual Marketing and Sales Plan: Lead the process in the Zone from start to finish, support cluster preparation, propose improvements, and consolidate data.
  11. TAHS (Targeted Account Handshake): Lead the process, support clusters, propose improvements, and share results with stakeholders.
  12. Long Term Strategic Plan: Lead the creation and updating of strategic plans for the region and support clusters in creating their own, cascading priorities and aligning demands and resources.
  13. Events & C-Level Visits: Support the preparation of meetings and leadership events.
  14. Special Projects: Organize and engage teams under special demands for projects.
  15. Meeting with External Providers: Coordinate meetings with external providers for data and market intelligence tools.

Education & Language Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent/Advanced English.
  • Intermediate/Basic Spanish.

Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge in Energy Management & Industrial Automation Market
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge of macroeconomic trends and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to identify and leverage market opportunities.
