What you’ll be working on:

  • Drive market expansion by proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, with a focus on opening and developing new markets.
  • Build and nurture a sales team capable of achieving outstanding results, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Act as key advisor to the company on market, analyse sales data for insights, and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and the marketing department to ensure aligned and effective market penetration strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients, to enhance the company's reputation and facilitate business development.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to senior management, offering insights into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively for comprehensive data management and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of sales team members, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in team performance.
  • Travel as necessary to meet with partners, clients, and explore regional market opportunities, contributing to the company's broader expansion initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of the LATAM/MENA/APAC markets is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
  • Capacity to provide insightful suggestions to both the management and the marketing team on how to navigate and grow in the financial markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
