Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Director with extensive experience in B2B sales.

Job Description

  1. Market expansion and customer maintenance: Develop, manage, and maintain enterprise-level customer resources, establishing long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
  2. Sales strategy formulation and execution: Develop sales strategies for the Brazil market and leverage JD.com's industrial platform resources to promote business growth.
  3. Data-driven decision-making: Utilize digital tools and data analytics to optimize sales processes and enhance decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in industrial engineering or related fields preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or industrial product sales, with experience in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of independently handling customer needs and responding flexibly to market changes.
  • Proficiency in office software; fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Portuguese (Brazil) is preferred.
