In this hybrid role, you'll drive B2B sales of shipping containers, actively engaging with the US market through calls and emails. Your next opportunity—what you'll be doing and how you'll make an impact.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving high-volume B2B sales of shipping containers. This is a highly transactional sales role where you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing deals. You will actively identify customer demand, respond quickly to inquiries, and match clients with available container inventory.
Your day-to-day will involve high outbound activity, conducting calls and emails, negotiating pricing, and building strong relationships with our B2B clients. Since you’ll be targeting the U.S. market, fluency in English is essential, and prior experience working with American clients or markets is highly preferred.

Our headquarters is located in the heart of Hamburg, Germany, with team members distributed across the globe. This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo, Brazil, where you’ll regularly collaborate in person with local colleagues to share ideas and drive customer success while having the flexibility to work from home as well. Since you’ll be targeting the U.S. market, U.S. time zone is required.
What you'll own, drive, and contribute to our success.
Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities for the US market by understanding customer container needs and matching them with available inventory
Act as the first point of contact through outbound calls, emails, and networking to generate, capture and convert demand
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, closing container deals in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality, outreach strategies, and market targeting
Use Pipedrive to track leads, monitor sales performance, and gain insights to continuously improve conversion rates

You bring hands-on experience in B2B sales backed by experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting —ideally within a fast-paced transactional sales environment
You are a self-starter, highly motivated and driven who confidently drives sales through persistence and a positive attitude
You excel at building and managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, and turning demand into closed deals
Your strong pipeline management skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and clear communication style help you drive results
You think entrepreneurial, act proactively, and stay organized while handling multiple leads and fast-moving opportunities
