Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of sales or business development experience, preferably in a high-call-volume environment (85+ calls per day).
  • 1+ year of experience with modern CRM tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with recruiting or executive search.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and using video DMs for outreach.
  • Background in industries like banking, construction, tax, or life sciences.

Additional considerations:

  • Comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and following scripts to qualify leads and engage decision-makers.
  • Understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines, with a willingness to manage numerous open opportunities.
  • Strong soft skills, including communication, influence, and adaptability to feedback to refine sales approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Make over 85 outbound calls daily to engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of 150+ new opportunities weekly, nurturing them through the sales process.
  • Implement a structured follow-up plan to maintain consistent contact with prospects, leading to conversions or targeted outreach.
  • Achieve discovery call targets and participate in scheduling pre-discovery and discovery calls.
  • Continuously enhance sales techniques through coaching and feedback from senior team members.
