We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in managing new business opportunities and converting them into clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a particular focus on software development outsourcing.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads to ensure timely engagement.
  2. Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and educating potential clients on the value of our services.
  3. Effectively present our company to potential clients through email and remote meetings, with occasional in-person engagements.
  4. Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to management to track performance and inform strategies.
Here is what we are looking for:
  1. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with expertise in lead qualification across all organizational levels—managers, directors, VPs, and executives.
  2. Junior+ level of seniority with a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement.
  3. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  4. Previous experience in software development outsourcing is preferred but not mandatory.
