Job Duties:

• Guide customers toward products and services that will benefit them or enhance their experience
• Greet customers, answer phones, and be attentive to store guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Stock shelves and assist customers with loading
• Open & close the store

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to cooperate and learn from others
• Interest in developing interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs
• Ability to climb and descend stairs while carrying merchandise
• Ability to stand and walk for 4+ hours at a time

Pay Range: $12-15/hr

Advancement Opportunities: The sales associate position can lead to promotion to store leadership and other advanced roles.
