Sales Assistant (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

  • Monday to Friday, 1221h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)
What Youll Do
  • Support outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Assist in qualifying B2B leads and maintaining the sales pipeline
  • Support sales agendas, meetings, and materials
  • Collaborate on proposals and sales presentations
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors
  • Use prospecting and CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
What Were Looking For
  • Fluent English (C1 / C2) daily contact with U.S. clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilient, charismatic, and results-driven profile
  • Willingness to handle high volumes of outreach in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools
  • Previous experience in cold calling or outbound sales
  • Dynamic, charismatic, and fast learner
  • Consistent record of exceeding targets will be a plus
