Sales and Customer Success Leader - Drive Excellence at Batteries Plus

Are you an assertive , self-confident , and proactive leader who thrives in a high-urgency , fast-paced environment? Batteries Plus is looking for a Sales and Customer Success Leader to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead and develop both the Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring exceptional service throughout the entire customer journey. You’ll optimize commercial processes, structure sales funnels, and enhance onboarding and post-sale follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

You will collaborate with various departments and use data-driven strategies to refine processes, improve customer experience, and execute on key business objectives.

The Opportunity

As the Sales and Customer Success Leader at Batteries Plus, you will:

  • Lead and develop the Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring excellence in the entire customer journey .
  • Structure and optimize commercial processes , sales funnels, onboarding stages , and post-sale follow-up.
  • Create and implement effective sales and customer success playbooks .
  • Identify areas for improvement in systems , tools , and integrations to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) and propose data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Marketing , Product , and Operations to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience .
  • Train and support the team (when applicable), ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and strategic goals.
  • Conduct strategic meetings with key clients and focus on account retention and expansion .

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Sales , Customer Success , or related fields, particularly in service or SaaS companies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a systems-thinking mindset for reviewing and structuring processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools , automations , and pipeline management (e.g., HubSpot , Pipedrive , RD Station ).
  • A strategic profile with a sense of ownership and the ability to execute strongly on initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills .
  • Experience working in remote and fast-paced environments .
