With a solid background in the music sector, our mission is to empower independent music businesses worldwide to manage their catalog distribution and royalties reporting with our software solution.

The SonoSuite platform is a cloud-based white-label B2B SaaS created for independent music companies, from boutique labels to do-it-yourself companies.

Our software is developed at our main offices in Barcelona, Spain, where a diverse team of over 60 people from various nationalities works continuously to enhance SonoSuite and introduce new features, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in the Digital Music Business.

How will you contribute to Sonosuite?

The ideal SDR is a persevering and focused professional, who will partner with the Business Development team to feed our sales funnel to qualify, engage and win new clients for Sonosuite.

Reporting directly to the CBDO, the Sales Development Representative will be in charge of the following.

  • Qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage with prospective buyers. On a daily basis, BDRs are making cold calls, sending emails, and leading high-level discovery calls with prospects.
  • Use its own network to sell Sonosuite to potential clients.
  • Utilize the CRM system to document all interactions. Deliver sales presentations, pitches, and estimates to grow the customer base.
  • Maintain contact and follow up with the customer during their onboarding until the first invoice is paid.
  • Keep clients with a high level of satisfaction during their life, through recurrent contact.

What are we looking for?

Sonosuite is looking for a talented and ambitious SDR with:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both spoken and written.
  • A goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
  • Organization and time management skills to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Highly proficient English speaker is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and workflows.
  • Experience in a SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of the music industry.

  • Agent Fee contract based on goal achievement.

Compensation Proposal:

  • Monthly Expense Reimbursement: Fixed €100 per month to cover operational costs (e.g., computer usage).
  • Setup Fee Commission: 100% of the setup fee for each client sold (e.g., €199 for Bronze, €299 for Silver, €499 for Gold plans), payable one month after collection.
  • Initial Billing Commission: 50% of the first invoice generated, payable one month after collection.
  • First-year commission: Equivalent to the total amount of the 12th invoice, payable one month after collection.
  • Second-year commission: Equivalent to the total amount of the 24th invoice, payable one month after collection.
  • Event-related Expenses: We’re open to covering event-related expenses if there is prior approval.
