Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team
  • Manage KPIs and metrics with the team and leadership
  • Manage order systems, complaints, and client portfolios
  • Assist in implementing new order systems
  • Support processes related to commissions, returns, and customer registration
  • Assist in executing company strategies during pre-harvest and harvest periods
Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Agribusiness
  • SAP SD Module knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Power BI
