A leading service solutions company in Brazil is seeking a Sales professional to promote and sell service solutions to existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences or Chemical Analysis fields. This full-time position offers remote work options and requires frequent travel (50% of the time) to maintain key customer relationships and drive sales growth.

Qualificações

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within analytical instrumentation and/or Life Science companies.
  • Experience in developing tailored solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Promote and sell service solutions to current and new customers.
  • Generate new sales leads and manage existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through customer engagement.

Promotes and sells service solutions to current or new customers.

Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction — maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.

Develops tailored solutions for customers, often requiring collaboration across various groups within Agilent, including service delivery, instrument sales, and Customer Operations teams.

Generates existing and/or new sales leads and business opportunities.

Manages existing accounts, drives organic growth, and develops new accounts and key performance indicators.

Strives to meet and exceed sales targets through customer engagement and consultative selling, showcasing the entire services portfolio.

Handles all sales-oriented activities, planning, and organizing daily work schedules for existing and potential sales inquiries.

Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives.

Qualifications
  • Able to travel
  • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably with experience in the Life Sciences and/or Chemical Analysis industry
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within analytical instrumentation and/or Life Science companies
  • Proficient in English

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule, offering options for remote work. Compensation ranges are role, level, and location-dependent.
