We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead our engagement with large enterprises in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and a strong commitment to ethical business practices. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of complex enterprises.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders and influencers.
  • Provide insight to current trends and competitive challenges . Translate complex technical concepts into business terms that result in solution selling and pipeline. Make recommendations to capture share and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Maintain deep technical expertise.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and lead-gen activities.
  • Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our technology portfolio (hardware, software and services) including Cloud Solutions, Storage and backup, HPC, AI, Collaboration, Data Bases and others.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both our company and our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Large and proven success in account management or sales, ideally with experience with large enterprises.
  • Previous sales or pre-sales experience interacting with technology partners or strategic customers
  • Demonstrated experience working with cloud and/or virtualization infrastructure technologies directly, including integration APIs, hypervisor storage, and data protection APIs
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Compliance Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and advanced English.
  • Deep technical knowledge: The candidate must be able to identify, develop and propose complex solutions working with specialists of different technical domains, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Political Acumen: Ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-directed, and focused on exceeding sales targets.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems (D365, etc.)
  • Existing network within with partners and large enterprises.
  • Technical certifications relevant to our technology solutions
