Amazon is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Brazil, specifically supporting the External Fulfillment (EF) Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role represents a critical position within our Brazil Operations organization, helping to optimize our external fulfillment network performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the S&OP process for External Fulfillment partners, including demand planning, capacity management, and performance tracking.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to monitor operational efficiency, cost metrics, and capacity utilization across EF partners.
  3. Design and implement automated reporting solutions for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and monthly S&OP meetings.
  4. Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Quicksight/Tableau to provide real-time visibility into EF network performance.
  5. Perform complex data analysis using SQL to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities within the EF network.
  6. Partner with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and develop action plans to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
  7. Lead deep-dive analyses to identify trends and root causes for performance deviations.
  8. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the EF network within the broader Amazon Fulfillment ecosystem.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field.
  2. Experience working as business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role and conducting analysis and data mining using Excel.
  3. Experience extracting and processing data using SQL.
  4. Experience creating Macros to solve business needs.
  5. Experience conducting statistical analysis using Python.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
  2. Excellent communication (verbal, written, and data presentation) and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  3. Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Software development experience / Coding knowledge.
