Job summary

INDI is seeking a Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our Development team to deliver quality solutions through innovation and diverse technical challenges. You will design and build modern web applications, ensuring responsiveness and adaptability across devices.

Joining requires 5+ years of Rails experience, exposure to ReactJS is a plus, strong English communication, and a commitment to clean, well-documented code. We support flexible work arrangements and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Rails experience
• Experience with ReactJS and related frameworks is advantageous
• Familiarity with ES2015, APIs and client-side performance optimization
• Strong coding practices, data structures and programming concepts
