INDI is seeking a React Native Tech Lead to join our Development team and guide a distributed frontend group. You will drive UI/UX integration, animations, and code quality while coordinating with designers, engineers, and product managers in agile cycles.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years building web apps with ReactJS and RoR, and communicates effectively in English. This role offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities to influence product direction across multicultural teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience developing Web applications using ReactJS, Flux, Redux, Relay, etc.
• 2+ years of experience working with RoR.
• Advanced English level.
