INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our Development team. You will design and build modern web applications across mobile and desktop platforms, with a focus on responsive design and user experience.

You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, from planning to deployment, while collaborating with global teams and mentors. Excellent English skills and a proactive, autonomous work style are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR).
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering and related fields.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop modern web applications for multiple devices with responsive design.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process.
• Plan, process, and perform development tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain code quality and consistency across the product.

Key responsibilities:

- Design and develop modern web applications for multiple mobile and desktop devices with special attention to responsive design, and varying screen resolutions and sizes.

- Execute all phases of the systems engineering process.

- Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor.

- Maintain consistency throughout the product.

- Document code consistently throughout the development process.

- Provide technical documentation for the design, implementation and testing.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience working with RoR.

- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
