We are looking for a Smart Automation Developer to join our Digital Solutions team. This professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting intelligent automation solutions, combining traditional RPA with emerging AI-powered technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and UiPath Agentic Automation.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in automation development, enjoys solving business problems, and is interested in expanding their expertise in AI-driven solutions and enterprise agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications, databases, web services, and APIs.
• Support the implementation of AI-powered automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and UiPath Agentic Automation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to define automation requirements.
• Participate in solution design discussions, technical assessments, and effort estimations.
• Monitor and optimize automation performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
• Contribute to automation standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies related to AI, Generative AI, Agents, and Intelligent Automation.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automation development using UiPath and/or Power Automate.
• Experience with process automation lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience integrating applications through APIs, web services, or databases.
• Knowledge of software development concepts and best practices.
• Understanding of exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency for participation in international projects and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Exposure to UiPath Agentic Automation.
• Experience with AI-powered automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with Azure services.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI governance fundamentals.
• Experience working in multinational or global environments.
