Valaris seeks an offshore roustabout to clean and organize deck areas, move supplies, and assist crane operations. You will verify load safety, maintain barriers for lifting, and keep cargo spaces orderly and audited.

Responsibilities include participation in safety drills and weekly meetings, with potential administrative tasks in Brazil when required. This role requires at least two years in manual labor, offshore experience preferred, and Roustabout training/certification as per local

Responsabilidades

• Clean and organize the deck, equipment, and related work areas.
• Off-load supplies from boats and move to storage per DeckPushers and Crane Operators.
• Check loads for proper slinging, lift clearance, obstructions, balance, etc.
• Ensure barriers are in place prior to lifting operations.
• Keep decks and cargo spaces clean, organized, and inventoried/audited.
• Perform duties during safety drills and emergencies per station bill.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and safety management activities.
• In Brazil, may perform administrative tasks on board or in offices in Macaé or Rio de Janeiro.

Clean s and organizes the deck, equipment, and all related work areas.

Off-loads supplies from boats and moves them to storage areas at the direction of the DeckPushers and Crane Operators.

Checks loads for proper slinging, lift clearance, obstructions in movement, balance, etc.

Ensures that barriers are appropriately in place prior to lifting operations.

Works to ensure that all decks and other cargo related spaces are clean, organized,and inventoried/audited.

Performs assigned duties during safety drills and emergency situations as per the station bill.

Actively participates in the weekly safety meeting and other safety management system issues.

For rigs in Brazil, if there is an operational need, a customer request, or restrictions on the full performance of offshore duties in the external area, the employee may be assigned to perform administrative activities on board the units or in the company's administrative offices in the cities of Macaé or Rio de Janeiro.

Qualifications / Experience

Two (2) years or more in a manual labor role, preferably military, construction, industrial or prior offshore experience.

Must meet all the training and certification requirements for Roustabout which will vary by unit location according to local requirements and regulations.
