Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking a Risk Analyst to support non-financial risk management activities across the organization. You will assist with risk assessments, maintain risk documentation, and help with control testing, evidence collection, and findings documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in risk-related areas, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong English communication. You'll work with AI-enabled tools and data with a focus on governance and ethics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Finance, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by AI, machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with information in a structured way.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop within the Risk area.
