Responsibilities

• Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, sales cycle length, conversion rates).
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc strategic analysis to support strategic decisions or tactical actions.
• Sales Forecasting: Work closely with the CE Management team to develop accurate and data-driven sales forecasts.
• Data Governance & Quality: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of GTM data across various systems (e.g., ERP/Sales Portal).
• Tooling & Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to analytical processes and tools to increase efficiency.

What we are looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in GTM analytics, sales ops, or revenue operations for a B2B SaaS company, or top-tier consulting company.
• 1-2 years of experience in tech companies.
• Extremely strong spreadsheet skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Databricks and Tableau.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Advanced level of English.
