We’re partnering with a fast-moving, mission-driven client and are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Sourcer / Resume Screener to join their remote team based in LATAM (Brazil or Argentina preferred).

What You’ll Do

• Review and screen resumes across multiple open requisitions to identify qualified candidates.
• Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
• Maintain clean and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status and key sourcing metrics.
• Collaborate with global teammates across time zones to support fast-paced hiring needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter attitude with comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience supporting tech or high-volume hiring.
• Fully remote (Brazil or Argentina strongly preferred)
