We’re partnering with a fast-moving, mission-driven client and are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Sourcer / Resume Screener to join their remote team based in LATAM (Brazil or Argentina preferred).
What You’ll Do
- Review and screen resumes across multiple open requisitions to identify qualified candidates.
- Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements and sourcing strategy.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
- Maintain clean and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and key sourcing metrics.
- Collaborate with global teammates across time zones to support fast-paced hiring needs.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, resume screening, or recruiting support roles.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate fit quickly.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter attitude with comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Bonus: Experience supporting tech or high-volume hiring.
- Fully remote (Brazil or Argentina strongly preferred)
