Position Mission:

Are you a technically driven professional who enjoys being in the field and wants to make a direct impact on the efficiency and continuity of critical industrial operations? We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to act as a resident engineer at a major industrial client located in Cubatão, Brazil. This role involves on-site presence, focusing on maintenance, diagnostics, and technical support for control systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical field services, including inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions on controllers and automation systems.

• Provide specialized technical support by identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions during installation, repair, and replacement activities.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, documenting materials used, services performed, and improvement opportunities.

• Support the Services team with technical expertise in planning and execution of field activities.

• Conduct technical training sessions on company products and solutions when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and calibration of tools and instruments used.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering fields.

• Proven experience in field service involving controllers and control systems, particularly INFI90 (PMS).

• Hands-on knowledge of industrial communication networks such as Modbus and IEC 61850 protocol.

• Permanent residence in Cubatão or nearby region is mandatory.

• Availability for on-site, full-time presence at the customer's facility in Cubatão.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector and previous exposure to offshore environments.

• Intermediate English (desired) for technical reading and communication.
