What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Guide clients through complex research needs with sophisticated online survey design
- Deliver bespoke insights and innovative approaches that delight clients
- Mentor and coach junior team members in market research methodologies
- Train new customers on the software to encourage independent usage
- Act as a trusted partner to ensure effective integration of software into clients' daily operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences, psychology, or a related field with a focus on market research, marketing, or statistics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in survey-based marketing research
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design
- Proficiency in quantitative methods such as A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, and Implicit/System 1
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
