We are growing and seeking a Vendas Representative in Rio de Janeiro to join our sales team.

Your mission will be to prospect new clients, qualify potential clients, and close contracts to expand our client base for all services offered by Click Talentos RH. Your goal is to understand the challenges faced by companies needing HR solutions and to offer the best solutions to resolve their issues.

Technical Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales: experience with HR services and/or corporate training is a plus.
  • Negotiation skills: practical experience in consultative sales, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored proposals that add value.
  • Active Prospecting: proactive attitude and love for challenges in seeking new clients via direct contact, social media, email marketing, WhatsApp, calls, face-to-face visits, etc.
  • Sales tools and technology: basic knowledge of CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline; familiarity with Pipefy is preferred.
Behavioral Requirements
  • Self-management capacity: organized with excellent time management, as the role is autonomous and flexible.
  • Results-oriented: motivated by goals, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
  • Persistence and resilience: able to handle rejection healthily and maintain motivation.
