Job Description

The Sales Representative aims to achieve sales and close deals related to the company's products by conducting periodic visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals, participating in fairs and congresses, establishing a communication link between Olympus and customers, acting in prospecting, development, and maintenance of the customer portfolio, and sharing technical information about the products.

Job Duties
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets by selling products and accessories from the medical line, planning and executing profitable businesses for the company, and following established Compliance rules.
  • Contribute to increasing the company's market share by identifying customer needs to prepare sales budgets, proposals, prices, and commercial conditions.
  • Conduct periodic visits to clients to ensure effective representation of the brand in their region, maintaining and prospecting customers.
  • Keep the customer information database up-to-date, including structure, installed equipment base, contact evolution, competitor positioning, and any other relevant market information.
  • Participate in medical area events and fairs to expose the brand and provide consulting services to customers, aiming to stimulate interest in purchasing medical line products.
  • Negotiate commercial deals based on proposals prepared according to internal policies and freedom to close deals.
  • Install equipment and provide training to customers when necessary, ensuring good customer service.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales target achievement, commercial development of the region, sales revenue, future business forecasts, competitor movement, and company participation in the competitive market.
  • Collect and organize new customer documentation, sending it to the Customer Services area to ensure customer registration.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Higher education in Administration or health areas. Desirable postgraduate degree in Sales, Negotiation, or related areas.
  • Experience: Direct and indirect sales of products to the medical segment. Knowledge of Bidding and Regulatory Bodies.
  • Language: Intermediate English
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and medical area products, preferably endoscopy equipment.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Availability for travel.
  • Driver's license category B.
