Forwood Safety is seeking a technically minded and client-focused Reporting Solution Expert to design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that help our clients turn data into measurable business outcomes.

You’ll own the design and delivery of client reporting and analytics across the Forwood platform, collaborating with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and client IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reporting enablement for Forwood One, including QuickSight dashboards, API integrations, and client reporting configurations.
• Design, configure, maintain, and improve standardised reporting templates.
• Translate client requirements into effective reporting solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Work with client IT and BI teams to integrate Forwood data and reporting into their systems.
• Develop repeatable reporting service offerings, assets, and documentation.
• Ensure reporting solutions and data access meet security and data governance requirements.
• Create clear client documentation and onboarding resources.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify reporting gaps and improvements.
• Train internal teams and partners on reporting standards and best practices.
• Act as a reporting SME within Client Success and support complex requirements.
• Participate in onboarding workshops, reporting deep dives, and configuration sessions.
• Define and track KPIs to ensure value delivery.

In this role, you’ll combine your expertise in reporting, APIs, data integrations, and business intelligence to build scalable solutions, improve client self-service, and shape the future of Forwood’s reporting capabilities. Position Overview

As our Reporting Solution Expert, you’ll own the design and delivery of client reporting and analytics solutions across the Forwood platform. You’ll work closely with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and client IT and BI teams to translate reporting requirements into effective, scalable solutions.

A key focus of the role will be leading reporting enablement for Forwood One, including Amazon QuickSight dashboards, API integrations, and client reporting configurations. You’ll also help develop standardised reporting templates, reusable assets, documentation, and repeatable reporting services that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across our global client base.

You’ll act as a reporting subject-matter expert within Client Success, supporting complex reporting requirements, participating in client-facing workshops and technical discussions, and helping internal teams and partners build their reporting capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reporting enablement for Forwood One, including Amazon QuickSight dashboards, API integrations, and client reporting configurations.
• Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve standardised reporting templates across Forwood solutions.
• Partner with Client Success Managers to translate client requirements into effective reporting solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Work directly with client IT and BI teams to integrate Forwood data and reporting into their systems and business intelligence platforms.
• Develop repeatable reporting service offerings, including standard configurations, implementation methods, reusable assets, documentation, and delivery expectations.
• Ensure reporting solutions and data access meet Forwood’s security, privacy, data governance, and client access requirements.
• Create clear, user-friendly client documentation, implementation guidance, and reporting resources to support onboarding and self-service.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify reporting gaps and recommend product improvements based on client and operational needs.
• Build reporting capability across Forwood by training internal teams and partners on reporting solutions, standards, and best practices.
• Act as a reporting subject-matter expert within Client Success and provide specialist support for complex reporting requirements.
• Participate in client-facing onboarding workshops, reporting deep dives, configuration sessions, and technical discussions as required.tli>
• Define, track, and interpret relevant KPIs to ensure reporting solutions are correctly configured, adopted, and delivering measurable client value.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight, including dashboard development, configuration, administration, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with APIs, data integration, and connecting data between SaaS platforms and client BI environments.
• Solid understanding of BI and reporting tools, analytics concepts, data structures, and reporting design.
• Demonstrated ability to create standardised, reusable reporting templates and scalable reporting solutions.
• Understanding of SaaS productisation and how to turn specialist services into repeatable client offerings.
• Experience working with client IT and BI teams to configure, troubleshoot, and integrate reporting solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical reporting concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills, including creating clear client-facing user guides, implementation resources, and technical instructions.
• Experience training internal teams, partners, or clients on reporting tools, processes, and best practices.
• A proactive and structured approach to problem solving, with strong attention to detail and a focus on scalable solutions and measurable client value.
