Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Renewals Account Manager for LATAM to manage renewal contracts, forecast renewals, and drive growth while reducing churn. You will engage with customers to understand needs and ensure their security posture is strengthened through our solutions.
The role requires managing quotes, collaborating with Field Sales and Partners, and identifying expansion opportunities, with focus on LATAM region. Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish is essential.

As the Renewals Account Manager for LATAM, you will manage an assigned territory, focusing on quoting, forecasting, and booking renewal contracts. Your primary goal is to drive the growth and retention of our customer base by reducing churn, improving on-time renewal rates, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their security posture is strengthened through our solutions.
