Sales Engineer to take full ownership of this key territory-building strong client relationships and delivering best-in-class packaging, printing, and automation solutions to some of the most vital industries in the state finding solutions and innovation for complex packaging equipment across industries like food, warehousing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and manufacturing.
Your Mission

grow your business in a territory rich with potential. As our Sales Engineer for Pennsylvania, you’ll be the go-to expert clients trust to optimize their production lines, solve packaging challenges, and introduce powerful automation.
What You’ll Do
- Cover the entire Pennsylvania territory - driving sales growth through new and existing client relationships.
- Analyze customer requirements and pain points and recommend tailored packaging, printing and automated solutions.
- Deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production to develop customized solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with confidence.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Represent Dartronics at regional trade shows, conferences, and on-site meetings.
- Provide post-sale support including troubleshooting and training.
- Maintain detailed sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or technical degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience selling packaging machinery, automation or industrial printers.
- Strong technical knowledge of packaging systems, materials, and industrial printing technologies.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
- The drive to hunt and close.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and time management.
- Home office based in Pennsylvania with a willingness to travel across the state.
- CRM proficiency; CAD experience is a bonus.
